How long will it take for me to get my service?

If you are in a small high density complex, we estimate 6 to 8 weeks for installation. From the time the technical proposal is approved by the Body Corporate, we estimate 2 weeks to kick-off and then 6 to 8 weeks to complete the project.

If you are in a large estate or gated community, we estimate 2 to 6 months for installation. From the time the technical proposal is approved by the Homeowners Association, we estimate 2 weeks to kick-off and then 2 to 6 months to complete the construction. 

Once the construction is complete and you already have fibre in your estate, gated community or complex, it will take between 48 hours and 5 days, depending on the complexity of the build into your unit.
